At Eye of a Saint, each order is prepared with intention and care. Whether you're ordering from a pre-made release or a pre-order drop, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely shipping experience.
Order Processing Time
Pre-made Drops
Orders labeled as pre-made in the product description are ready to ship.
Shipping time: 1–2 business days
Pre-order Drops
Orders labeled as pre-order in the product description are made-to-order.
Shipping time: 5–8 weeks after the final day of the drop
Please refer to the product description to confirm whether your item is part of a pre-made or pre-order release.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return courier charges incurred.
Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing in your country.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Delays
We strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, but delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, peak seasons, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Eye of a Saint is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant details (such as photos), and we will work with you to find a resolution.
